ALL Knitwear Is Basically All About Fun And Joy Compressed Into A Cardigan, A Jumper  A Pair Of Knitted Shorts Or A Bobble Hat. I Am So Obsessed By These Delicious Patterns And Designs. There's Something Nostalgic About Looking At The Look Book Images And It Reminds Me Of The Good Old Days In Kindergarden Where Mummy Forced Me Into Her Selfmade Wool Outfits .  I Can't Point A Decade And Thankfully The Sweaters Manage To Avoid Predictable Levels Of Kitsch And Retro.  It Is Infectious Though, Scrolling Through The Work.

YBDPT Books Presents ▏"White Light/ Black Hole" By Dennis Busch

YBDPT BOOKS presents a new book in collaboration with the German artist "Dennis Busch". 

Now the time has come for publishing another book, which goes by the name of "White Light / Black hole". The limited book includes many collages by the German artist, musician and graphic artist Dennis Busch. Driven by colorful drawings in combination with text-lyrics and photography. Sometimes raw, sometimes progressive.

Dennis Busch is an artist, who lives in Otterberg. He is the owner of the gallery "Zum hochgeklappten Fußnagel", and also the founder of the record label "Millions of Brilliant Idiots".

In the context of the book publication, YBDPT BOOKS presents in close cooperation with Dennis Busch the temporary exhibition calls "White Light / Black Hole".

VINYL RIOT - THE TRAVEL ISSUE

 

Since their humble beginnings as a 14-year-old's bedroom side project, Greek publication Vinyl Riot have come a long way. For their fourth issue (spring 2012 issue) they asked various artists and brand, such as Dallas Clayton(author of the mega-successful An Awesome Book) and Warriors of Radness, to produce work around the theme of "travel". The result is 160 pages of documentary photography taken all over the world, from London to Tokyo, giving us an inside look at the lives of these people.
